Anita Muller is a purposeful leader with a strong commitment to enabling leaders and organisations reach their full potential.

Anita’s commercial mindset, extensive business experience, and understanding of rapid global change and its leadership implications strongly position her as a leader in systemic transformation during this pivotal time.

Through a breadth of Executive and Board leadership roles, Anita has developed a practical and systemic understanding of how organisations work and evolve. She also appreciates how organisational systems can conspire to inhibit change. Her early career in HR provides rich insight into the human dimensions in organisations - which is always a critical factor in leading sustainable change.

Anita has extensive experience across all industry sectors and organisation types and structures - including public and private, corporates, NGOs, family, private equity and government. She has a high-level ability to navigate the dynamic and complex business and leadership scenarios that underpin many organisations seeking change.

She has contributed to the growth and transformation of companies in intensely competitive industries.
